Transparency

The relationships between XchangeSacchetti and its customers are governed by the Consumer Code, issued with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, on rights of consumers.

The Consumer Code is based on the recognition of the fundamental rights of consumers and users, adequate information and correct advertising, the execution of commercial practices according to principles of good faith, correctness and loyalty and correctness, transparency and fairness in contractual relationships” (art. 2).

It requires that information to the consumer […] be expressed in a clear and understandable way […] such as to guarantee consumer awareness (art. 5).

Based on the above and the content of the articles. 13, 14, 18, 21 and 22 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 206/2005, XchangeSacchetti undertakes to:

  • Publish rates, prices and other contractual conditions applied for transactions and services and make known the main means of protection provided for customers.
  • Ensure the formal requirements and minimum content of contracts.
  • Guarantee the customer with forms of protection in the event of changes to the contractual conditions and periodic communications suitable for informing the customer on the progress of the contractual relationship.
  • Prepare specific rules for the case of use of remote communication techniques.
  • Equipment of organizational requirements aimed at managing legal and reputational risks, also maintaining transparent and correct relationships with customers.
